The Start of Simple Obsessions

 

Being a #BOYMOM I find myself spending more time in the kitchen these days. I am not complaining by any means as I love cooking for my family and friends. Time spend in the kitchen together creates amazing memories and laughter. I have discovered that I am a bit obsessed with creating recipes that are simple, tasty, affordable and freezable.

 

 

My boys are all boy. They are creative, destructive, and love discoveries. That being said I am a mom who likes to give them the opportunity to be creative, destructive and find new discoveries, that includes in the kitchen. This seems to be an everyday thing with boys as they are so busy. I love creating new ideas for them to discover, smash and get dirty in the kitchen with me.

 

My friends and family seem to really enjoy my simple obsessions so I thought I should start to share them with others.

 

This is the beginning of many Simple Obsessions which has lead me into creating the group What's for dinner on Facebook. This group has allowed me to connect with other every day cooks creating great meals.
